Software Quality Assurance – SQA

Enforces procedures, regulations, and standards to produce, verify, evaluate and confirm projects or products during software development lifecycle .Create best practices centralize knowledge base for general use.Implementation of automated tools to ensure strict SQA process compliance.

Software Quality Plan – SQP

Devise quality plan which depicts project commitment to follow agreed standards, regulations, procedures, and tools during SDLC.Define quality goals, possible risks and risk management.Extract sources from SQA components that are adopted as is or customized to the project’s needs.Incorporate latest standards, tools and procedures replacing outdated SQA components written for project/product or imported from external resources.

Software Quality Control – SQC

Make sure that SQA and SQP should be strictly followed by programmers.Provide training to product documents using pre-defined templates based on standards.Guide the team about ways through which standard processes should be practiced.Verify, evaluate and confirm documents through in-process quality reviews.Methods, procedures, and adopted software tools usage would be evaluated and verified for efficient utilization.
